[18a-Z10-9] LiDAR system experiment using VCSEL beam scannerⅢ

We have proposed a beam-sweeping device using a VCSEL amplifier with a DBR slow-light waveguide structure as a line-scan LiDAR light source, and have conducted research on technological applications including LiDAR. In this paper, we report on a study of real-time LiDAR measurement using the device in combination with a commercial Flash-ToF sensor and a one-dimensional MEMS mirror scanner.
