[18a-Z31-9] Arrangement order of iron atoms and their magnetism in FexTiS2 layered structures

Fe_xTiS₂ 層状結晶の磁性に関して、Fe濃度依存性が調べられているが、これまでに報告されている結果にはお互いに矛盾しているところがあるなど、クリアな結論が得られていない。この課題を解決するため、走査透過電子顕微鏡を用いて異なるFe濃度のFe_xTiS₂ 層状結晶の局所構造を詳細に調べるとともに、その磁性を測定したので、その結果を報告する。
