There are few reports on the development of n-type organic transistor materials compared to p-type, and there are even fewer substances that exhibit stable performance in the atmosphere. This is because the organic anion, which carries the electron carrier, easily reacts with oxygen and water in the atmosphere, and there are many electron traps. Based on this, it is necessary to design a strong electron acceptor molecule. In this study, we design an asymmetric birodanine derivative and report on its basic physical properties, structure, and transistor characteristics.
