[18p-P05-4] Study on sealed operation of Glass GEM detector for carbon beam dose imaging

We have developed a detector for measuring two-dimensional dose distributions by combining the principles of micro-pattern gas detectors and fluorescence proportional counters. In the talk, we will give an overview of the development of the detector, the results of heavy particle measurements, and the status of the investigation of the sealed chamber.
