[18p-P06-2] Development of high-resolution scintillator X-ray image detector using pixel-type silicon separator

The high spatial resolution scintillator type X-ray detection system using silicon separators was developed. The image characteristics were evaluated and improvement plans were discussed for the practical use of the silicon separator. The possibility of practical application of the scintillator image detector using silicon separators was verified, and the improvement of spatial resolution was confirmed. Furthermore, noise characteristics and detection quantum efficiency were evaluated and indices for improving image detection performance were obtained. Thus, our X-ray image detector is expected to be put to practical use.
