本研究では，粒径制御可能なAlNナノ粒子の合成法の開発を目的とした．合成方法として，真空装置が不要かつ粒子としての回収が容易な大気圧ミストプラズマ法を用いた．キャリアガスとして用いるHeの流量および原料のAl(NO₃)₃水溶液の濃度をコントロールすることで，粒径74-194 nmの結晶性のナノ粒子の作製に成功した．
