[18p-P09-1] Effect of the prior application of reverse bias on the potential-induced degradation of n-type crystalline Si photovoltaic modules

n型結晶Si太陽電池モジュールの電圧誘起劣化における事前逆バイアス印加の影響を調査した．+1000 Vの逆バイアス印加を5 min行った後，−1000 VでのPID試験を行ったところ，逆バイアス印加を行っていない対照試料との差異が見られなかった．事前逆バイアスの印加時間が不十分であった可能性が考えられる．
