We are aiming at the development of new thermal control materials and devices that can control the heat flow by electric-field control with La-Ca-Cu-O system magnon thermal conductive materials that show anisotropic high thermal conductivity derived from magnon. So far, we have tried electric-field control of heat flow using polycrystalline thin films, but the problems were that the sample had a small control area and loss of anisotropic high heat conduction. Therefore, in this research, we attempted to make La-Ca-Cu-O magnon thermal conductive material into nanosheets and elucidate the formation mechanism to solve these problems.
