[18p-Z07-1] Magnons and Superconducting Qubits, Light, and Dark Matter

Koji Usami1 (1.RCAST, UTokyo)

Keywords:magnons, superconducting qubits, light

By inserting a ferromagnetic insulator in a microwave cavity with a high-Q value, it is possible to create magnon polaritons in a hybridized mode made out of an electromagnetic mode of the microwave cavity and a magnetostatic mode excited in the ferromagnetic insulator. In this talk, we outline our researches on hybrid quantum systems in which magnon polaritons are further combined with superconducting qubits and light. We also report the latest results on quantum sensing for magnons using superconducting qubits.
