We performed measurement of urinary radioactivity in 18F-FDG-PET patients using Compton camera to improve the accuracy of the standardized uptake value (SUV). The Compton camera was able to measure the urinary radioactivity in 5 seconds to confirm that the urine accumulated in the toilet bowl. We developed a function that was able to extract during the time of the urine accumulated in the toilet bowl. The average of the excretion of FDG in urine at 126 samples was 8.7%, when our function was used. The value was the same in comparison with previous method. The method was able to be used in a clinical field.
