[18p-Z16-12] Temperature change due to deformation of the poled PZT ceramics composite

分極されたPZTセラミックスを金属板に張り付けた試料の変形による温度変化を測定した。温度はくぼみ変形で増加し、拡がり変形で減少した。これらは分極の変化に伴うエントロピー変化によるものと考えられる。
