Cyanido-bridged metallic assemblies, in which transition metal ions are alternately bridged by cyanide ligands, draw much attention as multifunctional molecular magnets due to their superexchange interaction and structural flexibility. In this work, we report the observation of ferroelectric polarization inversion with the copper-octacyanidomolybdate assembly, which is one of the cyanido-bridged metallic assemblies.
