▼ [18p-Z16-8] Domain contribution by various poling process in lead-free polycrystalline BiFeO3-BaTiO3 based piezoelectric ceramics
キーワード:Alternating current poling, Domain configurations, BiFeO3-BaTiO3 based piezoelectric ceramics
Recently, a new alternating current poling (ACP) method can obtain a similar or relatively larger dielectric and piezoelectric properties values compared to traditional poling method such as direct current poling (DCP). Although ACP research has been extremely attractive currently in lead-based relaxor ferroelectric single crystals, there is no research in lead-based and lead-free polycrystalline ceramics.
In this work, the lead-free polycrystalline BiFeO3-BaTiO3 based ceramics were investigated the complex domain size effect by chemical composition-dependent and its link to the electromechanical response of each domain configurations by ACP and DCP process.
