As a result of atmospheric low temperature O2 plasma assisted heat treatment of anatase / rutile mixed crystal type TiO2 nanoparticles, it was confirmed that the reactivity was improved compared to the untreated nanoparticles under ultraviolet light and visible light irradiation. However, in the electric furnace treatment, the photocatalytic reactivity was similar to that of the untreated one under ultraviolet light irradiation, but the photocatalytic reactivity was improved under the visible light irradiation in the temperature range of 500-700 ° C.
