[18p-Z20-3] Synthesis and characterization of SnO2 nanoparticle solutions for perovskite n-Si/PEDOT:PSS tandem solar cells

In order to fabricate perovskite n-Si/PEDOT:PSS tandem solar cells, it is necessary to deposit SnO2 layers on PEDOT:PSS with usable solvents and low temperature annealing. In this study, we synthesized SnO2 nanoparticle solutions using 1-butanol as a solvent and deposited them by spin coating, and investigated the fabrication results of perovskite solar cells and the bonding characteristics with PEDOT:PSS.
