We have studied quantum states manipulation of Λ-type hyperfine sublevel system in 167Er3+:Y2SiO5 , which is expected to be the platform for optical coherent manipulation. This time, we mesured the dephasing time T2 in the frequency and time domain. In this talk, we report on the effects of laser frequency and intensity stabilization on T2.
