We have studied quantum states manipulation of Λ-type hyperfine sublevel system in ¹⁶⁷Er³⁺:Y₂SiO₅ , which is expected to be the platform for optical coherent manipulation. This time, we mesured the dephasing time T₂ in the frequency and time domain. In this talk, we report on the effects of laser frequency and intensity stabilization on T₂.
