Keywords:two-dimensional superconductivity, transition metal chalcogenide, transport property

It is known that transition metal chalcogenides take various structural polymorphisms depending on the combination of transition metals and chalcogens. Among them, the 3R structure has a characteristic structure in which both in-plane symmetry and out-of-plane symmetry are broken. In this presentation, we report on the unique superconducting properties of the polar superconductor 3R-TaSe2 produced by the molecular beam epitaxy method.
