[18p-Z31-4] Study of the contact property between 2H-MoTe2 and 1T-MoTe2 induced by laser irradiation in vacuum

When 2H-MoTe2 was irradiated with a laser in vacuum and the irradiated part was analyzed by Raman spectroscopy, the E2g peak (232 cm-1) and A1g peak (171 cm-1) of the original 2H phase disappeared. It is considered that the crystal changes from 2H (semiconductor phase) to 1T (semimetal phase) due to the generation of new peaks of 155 cm-1 and 245 cm-1 that coincide with the Raman peak of the 1T phase. Based on this result, the contact property of 1T-MoTe2 and 2H-MoTe2 were investigated.
