Keywords:flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, high-speed imaging

Imaging flow cytometry is a promising method for analyzing large populations of cells with high accuracy. However, the low throughput of the method critically limits its practical applications. Recently, we have high-throughput imaging flow cytometry techniques to overcome this limitation. These techniques are expected to be promising approaches to next-generation large-scale single-cell analysis.
