Polarized diffractive optical elements are manufactured by polarized holography using a polarization sensitive recording medium or by fine processing technology for fine structures below the wavelength of light. The former changes the optical anisotropy inside the recording medium and is difficult to duplicate. The latter can be replicated by nanoimprinting, but it is difficult to create a large-area master. In this study, we propose a method for expressing structural birefringence by polarized holography.
