[19a-Z10-9] Unidirectional photon transfer between cavities based on adiabatic and half-adiabatic processes

So far, we have demonstrated photon transfer in a coupled three-cavity system based on an adiabatic process. However, transferred photons return to initial place when this system returns to the initial condition. Therefore, unidirectional transfer of a pulse train cannot be achieved even if we connect the same systems in a series. Here, we propose a scheme based on both adiabatic and half-adiabatic processes, and this enables unidirectional photon transfer when we connect the same systems in a series.
