[19a-Z14-5] Efficiency of charge to spin current conversion at SrIrO3/CoFeB interface

Magnetization control using spin current has been attracting attention in terms of low power devices; there is a compelling need for non-magnetic materials with high charge to spin current conversion efficiency. Here, we focus on 5d transition metal oxide SrIrO3 as a novel spintronic material since its electronic structure is dominated by 5d electrons with strong spin-orbit coupling. By measuring spin Hall magnetoresistance of SrIrO3/CoFeB bilayer, we deduce the charge to spin current conversion efficiency of SrIrO3.
