△ [19a-Z18-11] Ultra-Flexible Proximity Sensor Array Using Printed Organic Transistors
Keywords:organic semiconductor, printed electronics, noncontact sensor
Due to the spread of COVID-19 infection, sensors for non-contact detection of people and objects have been attracting attention. In recent years, there have been reports on the fabrication of proximity sensors using organic materials to try to solve the problems of low flexibility and high cost of conventional sensors, but they have not yet been put to practical use due to new problems such as low sensitivity and size limitation caused by the deposition process. In this study, we applied extended-gate organic transistors using a printing process to a proximity sensor array, and fabricated a large-area, high-sensitivity, ultra-flexible sensor.
