In order to realize high-efficiency optical wireless power supply, laser irradiation to the GaAs photoelectric conversion element and evaluation of photoelectric conversion characteristics were performed. In the presentation, I would like to discuss the relationship between various characteristics when receiving laser light and the electrode shape.
