We have investigated the terahertz wave generation due to difference-frequency-mixing, and have reported the exciton dynamics in a multiple quantum well to enhance the intensity of the terahertz wave. In this work, we discuss the excitation energy dependence on terahertz wave intensity measured in multiple quantum wells with different quantum well widths.
