[19a-Z34-1] Driving methods of time-series learning with analog neuron circuit and synapse device

We study the driving methods of analog neuron circuit and synapse device for time-series learning applications. A recurrent neural network using the analog neuron circuit and its driving method were confirmed, and a driving method for fine-tuning of the resistance of TiN/MgO/WOx synapse device, which showed analog resistance changes, was investigated towards time-series reservoir computing.
