Graphene is a candidate for next-generation devices bacause of its high electron mobility and high thermal conductivity. It has been reported that the moiré structure of twisted graphene, which two graphene sheets are stacked on top of each other, shows unique physical properties. Understanding the thermal transport properties is important for understanding the mechanism of specific properties and their device applications. In this study, we investigated the thermal properties of suspended moiré graphene with various stacking angles using laser heating method and Raman spectroscopy.
