Organic and inorganic perovskites have attracted much attention in the field of optoelectronics such as solar cells. Two-dimensional perovskite has many advantages such as improvement of PL quantum efficiency and hybridization with other two-dimensional materials. In this study, we attempted to synthesize two-dimensional perovskite by growing crystals in nanospace by using h-BN.
