[19p-P04-4] Fe impurity effect on thermoelectric properties in Sn perovskite

To improve the thermoelectric performance of organic-inorganic perovskite, our group has investigated the possibility of optimizing the carrier concentration by impurity doping using first-principles calculations. For the Fe substitution effect, which is expected to increase the Seebeck coefficient, we experimentally investigated how the thermoelectric characteristics change. At present, it is considered that Fe replaces Sn up to about 10 %, and the change in the electronic state will be discussed.
