Regarding the synthesis of nanographene by plasma irradiation to alcohol, the effect of alcohol raw material was investigated by a cycle process of repeating plasma irradiation for 5 minutes and filtering of the synthesized compound. After 25 minutes, the graphitization degree of nanographene decreased as the OH emission intensity decreased, suggesting that OH radicals contribute to crystallinity of nanographene.
