[19p-Z08-14] Metamaterial Perfect Absorber as Heat Generator

Plasmonic local heating is a phenomenon that is expected to be applied as a nano-heater. In this study, the effectiveness of the metamaterial perfect absorber as a heat source was verified by two approaches, experimentally and computationally, from the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a plasmonic photo-thermoelectric device loaded with the metamaterial perfect absorber as a light receiving part.
