There are so many reports on high-sensitivity biosensors made of metallic nanostructures. Regarding all-dielectric metasurfaces, biosensing for protein molecules measuring resonant wavelength shift was reported while fluorescence detection has hardly been reported. Here, we report successful high-sensitivity detection for cancer marker molecules at high enough precision to the medical diagnosis and other results.
