[19p-Z10-9] Photonic crystal structure dependence in automated optimization of L3 nanocavity

We are studying automated optimization of L3 silicon photonic crystal nanocavity by optimizing the position of specific 20 holes. After optimization with Q factor of ~107, the Q factor was very sensitive to the deviation of hole radius (r) from the designed value. But we revealed that the automated optimization can optimize the cavity as it had Q factor of ~107 for wide range of r/a value (a: lattice constant).
