[19p-Z15-2] Spinodal decomposition in Ti_0.2V_0.8O₂/TiO₂(100)

We report the results of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations on Ti_0.2V_0.8O₂ / TiO₂ (100). In this sample, it is shown that spinodal decomposition occurs along the c -axis direction, and that it also occurs from the interface with the substrate. In the presentation, we will introduce the period of the lamellar structure, the composition of the Ti-rich and V-rich phases, and the results of composition analysis near the interface.
