[19p-Z17-16] Influence of atmospheric-pressure plasma irradiation on radish seed germination and sprout growth - Effects of seed color and storage

In this study, we investigated changes in the physical, chemical, phytohormones, and antioxidants of radish sprouts induced by reactive oxygen species (RONS) before and after plasma treatment. As a result, the oxidative action of biochemical molecules in plant seeds by plasma irradiation was experimentally clarified from the change in ESR signal intensity of radish sprouts before and after plasma treatment. In this presentation, we will discuss the results described in this paper in relation to germination rate, hormone analysis, and elemental analysis methods.
