The toner-type printing, one of the on-demand printing methods, can make circuit pattern of various materials such as metals by an electrical force. The process does not require the use of toxic or volatile organic solvents, thus enabling the realization of printed electronics with a lower environmental load compared to other printing methods. In this study, we report on the progress of investigations for high-resolution patterning of conductive particles and oxide semiconductor particles by the two-component development method.
