[19p-Z19-4] Measurement of electrical transport characteristics of topological superconducting candidate FeTe0.6Se0.4 with ferromagnetic electrodes
Keywords:superconductor
In this study, to observe Cooper Pairs spin current in topological superconducting candidate FeTeSe, we measured superconducting state with ferromagnetic electrodes. We used perpandicular magnetic anisotoropy (PMA) films as ferromagnetic electrodes. PMA films are made of Co/Pt multilayer. As a result of measurement, superconducting state was observed and the transition temperature was comparable to that in the previous report with paramagnetic electrodes.
