In this presentation, we propose a method of structured illumination using femtosecond-laser-excited light source and its spatial position control, and applying it to an imaging system. We have implemented an imaging system and demonstrated its effectiveness by generating light source having broadband emission using a water film as the excitation target of the laser, and controlling the position of the light source by beam scanning.
