We experimentally demonstrate reservoir computing using ferroelectric MFM capacitor by STM task and PC task. Ferroelectric MFM capacitor reservoir shows higher performance when using higher operating voltage and dielectric MIM capacitor has no performance. Because of these things, it is conceivable that ferroelectricity contributes to the performance of reservoir computing. Ferroelectric MFM capacitor shows as high performance as FeFET.
