This study solves the problem that the graininess of the high spatial resolution scintillator type X-ray detector using the pixel type optical separation silicon collimator is lowered. In previous studies, the Si collimator was able to improve the spatial resolution of the detector, but the graininess deteriorated. Therefore, a method of increasing the amount of detected light emitted by using a reflective material and improving the graininess was verified by the Monte Carlo method. This has been verified to improve graininess and detection efficiency, and our X-ray image detector is expected to be put into practical use.
