We have conducted irradiation experiment onto PVA-KI sample by Helium/argon DBD atmospheric plasma jet, but dischrge gas effect has not studied yet. There is less application to other type plasma source. In this work, we aimed to study oxygen addition with long size atmospheric microwave plasma device.
