Keywords:TMR sensor, Magnetic sensor, Spintronics

TMR sensors are highly sensitive magnetic sensors that operate at room temperature, and their compact size and low operating cost are expected to have potential applications in various fields such as biomagnetic field measurement and nondestructive testing. In this study, experiments were conducted to clarify the details of the frequency characteristics of the sensor output in the frequency range (tens of Hz~ several kHz) that can be the target of TMR sensors.
