Energy harvesting technology, which harvests minute amounts of energy and effectively utilizes it as electrical energy, has been actively studied. In this presentation, we will introduce our research on the development of vibrational energy harvester using electric double-layer electrets besed on the new concept of "smart mechatronics," which combines material, structure, and energy storage technologies.
