[20a-B103-6] Influence of Barium Hydroxide Concentration on BaTiO₃ Fine Particle Synthesis

We performed hydrothermal synthesis with a mixed aqueous solution of barium hydroxide, titanium lactic acid complex and sodium hydroxide to produce BaTiO3 fine particles. The shape of the particles can be controlled by the reaction acceralator and surface modifier, but there is a problem that cube and rectangular particles are coexisting. In this study, we investigat that the conditions for suppressing the growth of rectangular particles.
