Doping states of mixed-conductors are tuned by ion injection from an electrolyte, and therefore the large specific surface area of mixed-conductors is beneficial for the effective conductivity switching. In this study, we report the nanoparticule preparation and deposition process to obtain thin-films with large surface area using for a conjugated polymer poly(benzoimidazophenanthroline)(BBL). The electrochemical properties of the obtained nanoparticle films were discussed.
