[20a-C301-6] Removal of interlayer interferences and phase conjugate images in the measured object by using multi-wavelength backpropagation method for SD-OCT

In this study, the multi-wavelength backpropagation method based on spectral phase measurement with the sinusoidal phase modulation technique was performed to eliminate the bias, interlayer interference components in a multilayered sample, and the mirror images in SD-OCT. Experiment results with a scanless spatial spectral interferometer reveals that the proposed method could suppress the phase conjugate images by approximately 30 dB and improve the signal to noise ratio by 10 dB or more compared to the conventional FFT-based analysis.
