[20a-P04-1] Application of Drop Method in 100MHz SC-cut QCM methods

100MHz SC-cut resonator was chosen as a QCM device, and it was targeted that the liquid characteristics were made clear.However, the phenomenon with the noise was found when it measured in network analyzer (NA) because a resonance Q value of QCM was low.Thus the report compared the minimum by NA, the minimum by the approximation curve and the minimum of Drop Method in vicinity of the resonance frequencies.As a result, Drop Method found that it was the best in comparison with other methods.
