[20a-P05-10] AFM Observations of Single Polymer Chains Confined within Supported Lipid Bilayers

脂質と疎水性高分子を混合した試料を用いて脂質二分子膜を作製し、AFMで観察した。凹凸像から高分子の剛直性に応じた球状やひも状の構造が確認された。本研究から高分子が脂質二分子膜内の疎水部に単一高分子鎖として溶解し、自発展開によって輸送されたことが示唆された。
