Amino acids are the basic molecules that make up peptides and proteins. Therefore, it is important to accurately classify / identify amino acids for peptide sequencing techniques. In this study, the Mercaptoacetic Acid molecule was modified in the nac acid and Aeucine, were classified into current amplification differences depending on the carboxyl groups at both terminals. The measured single-molecule current signal was analyzed by machine learning.
